How to make a quick raspberry chia jam. Use this on breakfast toast, pb&j’s, morning oats, smoothie bowls, yogurt parfaits, the list goes on.

1) Heat a pot on low-medium and throw in the bag of raspberries. Begin to stir and watch them thaw within a few minutes. 2) Once the raspberries are completely thawed and simmering, it’s time to add the chia seeds, vanilla, and honey (use your preference for how sweet you like it). 3) Continue to stir on and off for another 5 minutes, you’ll notice the chia seeds begin to make it thick and jammy. That’s it! Once it cools down a bit transfer the jam to a jar and store in the fridge for up to a week. You could also store half in the fridge and the other half into an ice cube tray to freeze and last longer!
