I cannot stress this enough. You neeeed to try this recipe!! The flavor combination makes me want to cry it’s so good (not to toot my own horn or anything but toot toot).

1) preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2) in a large baking dish, add the following: cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, onion, olives, olive oil, and capers. 3) add the seasonings and mix until combined. Then make a small circle in the center of the dish and place the Boursin cheese in it. 4) bake for 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta as per package instructions. 5) once finished baking, simple stir to mix the beautiful cheese around, and then pour in your cooked pasta and mix again.
