Crispy ravioli pasta chips that are air-fried for a delicious snack. Made with ricotta and spinach-filled ravioli, tossed in olive oil and salt, and served with a herby feta dip.

1: Cook ravioli of choice as per usual (use ricotta/spinach filled). 2: Strain and toss in some olive oil and a bit of salt. 3: Air fry at 200°C until each piece is very crispy, tossing them around every so often to ensure all get that crisp. 4: Serve with a herby feta dip.
