Lay down 4-6 salami slices onto 2 layers of paper towel. Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute, depending on your microwave. Allow them to cool off for a minute and fully harden, then you have yourself some delicious salami chips! The paper towel is there to soak up the melting fat from the salami and you’ll be left with mostly just the protein.
