1: Cook ravioli of choice as per usual (I used ricotta/spinach filled). 2: Strain and toss in some olive oil and salt to taste (optional add other seasonings of choice too). 3: Air fry on 200°C until each piece is very crispy, tossing them around every so often to ensure all get that crisp. 4: Serve with a store-bought herby feta dip.
