A refreshing tea-infused cocktail or mocktail made with hibiscus tea, raspberries, and lemon juice for a tangy and sweet beverage, perfect for summer patio sips.

1: Pour 16 oz boiling water into a tea pot with 2 bags of Traditional Medicinals Organic Hibiscus Tea. Let steep for 5-10 minutes before pulling the bags out and letting the tea get to room temperature. 2: In a cocktail shaker, add the raspberries and smash them up. Then add vodka (if desired), lemon juice, simple syrup, ice, and then fill the rest of the shaker up with Hibiscus Tea. 3: Shake until combined, then pour your Hibiscus Raspberry Sour into the glasses with extra ice up to 3/4 full. Fill the rest of the glass with soda water and garnish with fresh mint and lemon wedges.
