Instructions
1: In a bowl, mix together the sliced apple, Bragg Honey ACV Blend, and cinnamon until well coated. 2: On a parchment-lined baking tray, assemble each square upside down: start with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of thyme, then add a few slices of the apple mixture. 3: Place 1 slice of ham on top of the apples, folding if needed, and layer with 2 slices of brie. Lastly add a drizzle of honey on top. 4: Place a puff pastry square over the filling and gently press the edges down with a fork. Use the fork to poke a small hole in the center of each square. 5: Brush the tops of the puff pastry squares with egg wash. 6: Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–20 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden.View original recipe
