What you need

tsp paprika

gouda

lemon

tsp chili flakes

cannellini beans
wrap

spinach

tsp pepper

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tbsp dijon mustard

tbsp parsley

garlic

avocado
Instructions
Assemble the quesadilla and pan fry it on both sides until cheesy, golden and crispy. I add 1 tbsp of olive oil in the pan to get it extra crispy but that’s up to you. It’s as simple as that!
