What you need

almond

coconut oil

dark chocolate bar
yuzu
Instructions
How to make: 1) in a bowl, add the dark chocolate and coconut oil, and then microwave until melted (or melt on stovetop). 2) cut the top leaf off of the persimmons and then slice into pieces. After, crush the almonds into smaller pieces too. 3) dip the persimmon slices into the chocolate half way, and then place onto parchment paper. Top each piece with crushed almonds and a sprinkle of salt. 4) let set in the freezer or fridge for 10 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened again.View original recipe
