Chocolate Rice Krispie Squares

A delicious healthified treat made with multigrain rice cakes, dark chocolate, almond butter, and topped with crushed walnuts. Perfect for a snack or dessert!

What you need

oz dark chocolate

cup almond butter
tbsp raw honey

dash cinnamon

splash vanilla

candied walnuts

pinch salt
Instructions
1: In a large bowl, crush up 8 rice cakes. 2: In another bowl, combine melted dark chocolate, almond butter, honey, cinnamon and/or a splash of vanilla. 3: Pour the chocolate mix into the crushed rice cakes and thoroughly mix to coat everything. 4: Line a pan with parchment paper and spoon in the rice crispy mix; using the back of a spoon press down the mix until it is tightly packed into the pan. 5: Top with crushed walnuts and a pinch of salt; then place in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden. 6: Once hardened, cut into individual squares and enjoy!View original recipe
