Crispy Air-Fried Butter Beans

If you’re looking for an easy quick snack that’s pretty darn good for you, this is what you need. Air-fried butter beans become so crispy, are protein filled, and you can mess around with different flavours.

What you need

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp smoked paprika
tbsp nutritional yeast

tsp ground ginger

salt

tsp extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
Mix in a bowl until coated, then airfry for 12-15 minutes on 200*c or 400*f. Yes, you can bake them if you don’t have an air-fryer! Just space out the beans evenly on parchment paper and bake at the same temp until crispy (it will take longer than air frying, I’d say 20-25 minutes roughly).
