If you’re looking for an easy quick snack that’s pretty darn good for you, this is what you need. Air-fried butter beans become so crispy, are protein filled, and you can mess around with different flavours.

smoked paprika

cumin powder
nutritional yeast

extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
Mix in a bowl until coated, then airfry for 12-15 minutes on 200*c or 400*f. Yes, you can bake them if you don’t have an air-fryer! Just space out the beans evenly on parchment paper and bake at the same temp until crispy (it will take longer than air frying, I’d say 20-25 minutes roughly).View original recipe
