Crispy Feta Egg with Sun-Dried Tomato Twist Wrap

What you need
bunch fresh dill
oz sun-dried tomato pesto
tsp salt

bunch green onion

avocado

tsp olive oil

Instructions
1) In a pan on medium heat, add olive oil and then crumble feta cheese in the shape of a circle. Spoon evening around a few tsp’s of sun-dried tomato pesto. 2) Allow the feta to crisp up for 1-2 minutes before cracking in 2 eggs in the center. Add chopped green onion, followed by salt and pepper to taste. 3) Grab your wrap of choice and smush it down on the eggs in order to stick it down. Once the eggs seem pretty well cooked (doesn’t take long at all), gently flip the wrap over to the other side and cook for 1 more minute. 4) Plate the wrap and serve with sliced avocado and fresh dill!View original recipe
