1) in a pot, bring water to a boil (save time and boil in your kettle first) and boil the brussels sprouts for about 10 minutes, until a fork can slide through. 2) drain and let the brussels steam dry for 3-5 minutes (less moisture means crispier). While that’s happening, mix together: • 3 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp minced garlic • 1 tsp chili flakes 3) transfer the brussels to an oiled baking sheet, and smash! The cup method works wonders. Season generously with salt and pepper, and then spoon over that olive oil mixture onto each sprout. Bake at 420* for 20-25 minutes or until as crispy as you desire!!
