What you need

bunch spinach

tbsp olive oil

pepper

tsp chili flakes
tsp salt

cherry tomato

Instructions
1: Add olive oil and minced garlic to a pan, then add a handful of spinach and sauté until wilted. 2: Pour in the scrambled eggs, season to taste; place the wrap on top of the egg and gently squish down to stick the wrap onto the egg. 3: Allow the egg to cook through, then flip the wrap over. 4: Sprinkle the cheddar cheese all over and place a lid on to allow it to melt. 5: Add the cherry tomatoes, then using a spatula, flip one half over the other like an omelette.View original recipe
