tbsp pomegranate seeds

halloumi
tsp salt

pepper

lemon

tsp chili flakes

tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1: Add olive oil to a pan on medium high heat, and then lay down the halloumi slices. 2: Add salt and pepper to taste, as well as chili flakes and drizzle honey. Allow to cook on one side for 2-3 minutes until a brown crust has formed. 3: Flip the halloumi to the other side and allow to cook for 1-2 minutes or until a crust has formed again. 4: On a plate, lay down a bed of arugula.
