Hot Honey Halloumi Salad

It’s called a ✨halloumi✨ salad for a reason Be for real though the halloumi is the best part and sue me if I want a lot of it. This recipe is also known as my Hot Honey Halloumi Salad and it’s bomb so let’s get to it👇🏽

What you need

tbsp walnut pieces
tbsp pomegranate

arugula
tbsp honey
chili flakes

ground black pepper
salt

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
1) add olive oil to a pan on medium high heat, and then lay down the halloumi slices. 2) add salt and pepper to taste, as well as chili flakes and honey to drizzle. Allow to cook on the one side for 2-3 minutes until a brown crust has formed. 3) flip the halloumi on the other side and allow to cook for 1-2 minutes or until a crust has formed again. It happens quick! 4) on a plate, lay down a bed of arugula. Place the grilled halloumi on top, and then top with pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and lemon. Enjoy!View original recipe
