Instructions
1) add olive oil to a pan on medium high heat, and then lay down the halloumi slices. 2) add salt and pepper to taste, as well as chili flakes and honey to drizzle. Allow to cook on the one side for 2-3 minutes until a brown crust has formed. 3) flip the halloumi on the other side and allow to cook for 1-2 minutes or until a crust has formed again. It happens quick! 4) on a plate, lay down a bed of arugula. Place the grilled halloumi on top, and then top with pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and lemon. Enjoy!View original recipe
