What you need
egg

salt
chili flakes

tsp wine vinegar

feta
tsp capers

lemon

pepper

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tbsp dill

tbsp parsley

tsp garlic

tbsp basil
green onion
Instructions
To make the “chimichurri” (not a traditional chimichurri obvs but call it what u want😆), finely chop up the fresh herbs and add to a bowl, followed by all other ingredients and mix to combine to create the most delicious topping for your eggs. I like to make a big batch of this stuff and keep in a jar in the fridge for the week! Makes it a lot easier every morning.
