What you need

cup parmesan cheese

tsp chili flakes
cup mozzarella
clove garlic

lemon
tsp salt

tsp pepper
tbsp italian seasoning

tbsp olive oil

bunch spinach

cup orzo

mushroom

bunch cherry tomato

oz green olive

celery stalk
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. 2: In a large baking dish, add olive oil, orzo, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, olives, and garlic. Add the zest and juice of 1 lemon. 3: Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili flakes if desired. Add 4 cups of stalk of choice. 4: Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour, until stalk is about 90% absorbed. Then uncover. 5: Add parmesan cheese and chopped spinach, mix thoroughly. Top with mozzarella and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. 6: Top with fresh chopped basil and extra chili flakes if desired. Enjoy!View original recipe
