One-Pan Breakfast Wrap

Graeme wanted to try out a voice over and I couldn’t resist posting this….. but the real question is, how did he do?!

What you need

salt

cheddar cheese

spinach

pepper

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
cherry tomato
egg

garlic

corn tortilla
Instructions
1) add olive oil and minced garlic to a pan, then add a handful of spinach and sauté until wilted. 2) pour in the scrambled eggs, season to taste; and then place the wrap on top of the egg and gently squish down to stick the wrap onto the egg. 3) allow the egg to cook through (doesn’t take long!), then flip the wrap over. 4) sprinkle the cheddar cheese all over and place a lid on to allow it to melt. 5) add the cherry tomatoes, then using a spatula, flip the one half over the other like an omelette.View original recipe
