What you need

oz prosciutto

tbsp pesto

tomato

tsp salt
tsp chili flakes

bunch arugula

pepper
wrap
slice mozzarella

Instructions
1: In a pan on medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and lay out the prosciutto, allowing it to crisp up for a minute or two. 2: Pour the scrambled eggs over the prosciutto and then season to taste. 3: Place the wrap on top of the egg and gently squish it down so the egg sticks onto the wrap. 4: Allow the egg to cook through for 2-4 minutes, and then carefully flip the wrap over. 5: Add in all of the fillings: pesto, mozzarella, avocado, tomato, arugula.
