1: Slice brussels sprouts in half lengthways and mix together a bowl of 2-3 tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 2: Heat up a frying pan on medium-high with 1 tbsp of olive oil; place brussels sprouts flat side down and add more salt and pepper. 3: Pour on 1/4 cup water and cover with a lid for 5 minutes. 4: Uncover, fork check, pour on the garlic oil, and let brown still on medium-high for 3-4 minutes. 5: Once browned, give it a mix and plate up with grated parmesan.View original recipe
