bunch spinach

fl oz lemon juice

avocado

oz parmesan cheese

tsp cracked pepper

bunch cherry tomato

cup pasta
fl oz oil packed sundried tomatoes
Instructions
1: Cook chickpea pasta and cool it under running cold water. 2: Slice spinach and halve cherry tomatoes. 3: Slice sundried tomatoes. 4: Add sundried tomato brine to the mixture. 5: Slice avocado and squeeze lemon juice over the salad. 6: Add grated parmesan cheese and cracked pepper to taste. 7: Mix all ingredients well and serve.View original recipe
