What you need

sesame oil

rice vinegar

soy sauce
lime

ginger root

garlic

creamy peanut butter

sesame seed

cilantro

scallion

granny smith apple

soybeans

carrot

red bell pepper
red cabbage

napa cabbage
Instructions
Make the Dressing:āØ1) In a blender or food processor, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Make the Salad: 1) Start by cooking the edamame beans as per package instructions, and then set aside (typically requires a quick boil). 2) In the meantime, begin chopping all the veggies: thinly slice the red pepper, green and purple cabbage; make carrot ribbons using a peeler; dice the green apple; and chop the green onion and cilantro (or sub parsley if you donāt like cilantro). 3) Assemble the salad by adding all of the chopped veggies into a large bowl, along with the cilantro and sesame seeds. 4) Finally add a whole bag of @threefarmersfoods Sea Salt Lentils.
