bunch fresh parsley

avocado

oz feta

tsp garlic powder
tsp salt

Instructions
1: Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and drizzle in a bit of olive oil. Sprinkle crumbled feta into a circular shape, large enough to hold two eggs in the center. 2: While the pan heats, spread pesto generously over one side of the wrap and set aside. 3: Crack two eggs into the center of the feta circle and season with the listed seasonings to taste. 4: Carefully place the wrap, pesto side down, over the eggs. Gently press down so the eggs adhere to the wrap. Let cook for 2–4 minutes or until the eggs are set. 5: Using a spatula, carefully flip the entire wrap to cook the other side. 6: Add your toppings of choice to one half of the wrap while the underside crisps up.
