1: In a baking dish, mix together coconut milk, red curry paste, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and a dash of fish sauce. 2: Mix in your choice of vegetables such as bok choy, carrots, red pepper, and spring onion. 3: Place dumplings in two lines in the pan, fitting as many as you can (about 15 dumplings). 4: Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20-30 minutes. 5: Serve with extra toppings like coriander, bean sprouts, chili oil, and a generous squeeze of lime juice.View original recipe
