SIMPLE SKILLET POTATOES

It’s about time I made these literal pieces of gold an official recipe on the page (humble, I know). All you gotta do is: ~ Slice lengthways a few handfuls of baby potatoes ~ Finely dice 1/4 of a large (or 1/2 of small) onion ~ Chop up a few garlic cloves ~ Chop some fresh rosemary (dried is chill too) ~ From the pantry, grab: olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, & chili flakes

tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

tsp chili flakes

bunch fresh rosemary

baby potato

clove garlic clove

cup water

onion
Instructions
Step 1: In a heated and oiled pan, place potatoes face down. Season well, pour in 1/4 cup water, and cover for 10 minutes. Step 2: Uncover the pan and sprinkle around your garlic, rosemary, and onion. Season once more, and cover for another 10 minutes. Step 3: Uncover and turn the heat up high for 2-5 minutes, checking until the potatoes are nice and golden on the bottom!View original recipe
