cherry tomato

tbsp balsamic glaze

tbsp olive oil

Instructions
First, add the dressing to the bottom of your jar. This includes 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the juice of one lemon, and 1 tablespoon of balsamic reduction (or your preferred dressing). Next, layer in your chosen vegetables, such as cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cooked beets, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and season with pepper. After the vegetables, add some nuts and seeds like pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and hemp seeds. Finally, add your choice of lettuce, such as romaine lettuce and parsley, on top. When ready to eat, grab a bowl, turn the jar over, and shake until everything falls out. The dressing will come out last, ensuring a delicious and crunchy salad.View original recipe
