Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Veggies: • 3-5 carrots, peeled and sliced • 13-16 brussels sprouts, sliced in half 2️⃣ Make the Paste: • 1/4 cup olive oil • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 1 tsp Italian herbs, smoked paprika, oregano, cumin, & rosemary (or to taste) • 1 tsp honey • juice of 1 lemon • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (I put salt & pepper go on to taste after, see below….or you can add it in now to taste, whatever you please) 3️⃣ In a bowl, thoroughly mix the paste together with the carrots and brussels until every piece is coated. 4️⃣ Spread the veggies out on a baking sheet with parchment paper (turn all brussels on the flat sliced side for optimal crisp), generously add salt and pepper to taste if you didn’t before, and then bake for 25-30 minutes at 400*f or 200*c, until golden and crispy. If your oven is on the hot side, go for 375*f/190*c.View original recipe
